Steps to align the printing on the claim form.

Load your printer with 1500 forms.
Click the 'Print Test Page' button to print out a test page.
Change the two values below to center the claim position.
Change the vertical and horizontal shift adjustment to "stretch" the claim to fit the form.

Up/Down + Value moves up - Value moves down Left/Right + Value moves right - Value moves left

Adjustments are in thee 100ths of an inch so a value of 50 would be 1/2 inch

If the data at the top of the form lines up properly but slowly starts to move down or up, adjust this setting. + Moves up - Moves down

Horizontal Shift Adjustment
If the data at the left of the form lines up properly but slowly starts to move right or left, adjust this setting. + Moves right - Moves left
